توضح هذه الصفحة بالتفصيل كيف تعالج Active One ("التطبيق"، "نحن") صورتك والمعلومات المستخرجة من وجهك عند استخدام ميزة البحث بالوجه، وهي تكمل سياسة الخصوصية العامة ولا تحل محلها.

١. ما هي البيانات التي تتم معالجتها

عندما تختار أو تلتقط صورة للبحث عن صورك، تعالج Active One تلك الصورة والمعلومات الوجهية (Facial Information) المستخرجة منها بغرض واحد فقط: مطابقة وجهك مع صور الفعالية المؤهلة. لا نجمع بيانات وجه إضافية بخلاف ما تقدّمه مباشرة عند كل عملية بحث.

٢. الغرض من المعالجة

يُستخدم تحليل وجهك حصريًا لمساعدتك في العثور على صورك ضمن صور الفعالية المؤهلة التي اشتركت فيها أو بحثت عنها. لا نستخدم بيانات وجهك لأي غرض آخر.

٣. الجهة الخارجية المعالجة: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition

تتم معالجة صورتك والمعلومات الوجهية المستخرجة منها باستخدام خدمة Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition لغرض مطابقة/بحث الوجه (Facial Comparison / Search) فقط. AWS Rekognition هي خدمة سحابية تابعة لجهة خارجية (Amazon Web Services)، وتخضع معالجتها الخاصة بها لسياسات Amazon الخاصة بها. لا نملك سلطة تأكيد ممارسات Amazon الداخلية خارج ما توفره وثائقها الرسمية، ولذلك لا نقدّم أي تأكيدات بخصوص سياسات Amazon المستقلة هنا.

٤. كيف تُعالَج صور الفعالية

تُفهرس صور كل فعالية في مجموعة وجوه (Face Collection) خاصة بتلك الفعالية عبر AWS Rekognition (عملية Index Faces)، بحيث يمكن البحث داخلها عند إجراء بحث بالوجه. كل فعالية لها مجموعة Rekognition مستقلة خاصة بها فقط.

٥. صورة السيلفي المؤقتة — دورة حياتها الفعلية

عند اختيارك صورة للبحث: تُرفع الصورة مؤقتًا إلى تخزين خاص وغير عام، ثم تُستخدم فورًا لإجراء البحث عبر AWS Rekognition، ثم تُحذف من خوادمنا بعد انتهاء عملية البحث مباشرة — سواء نجح البحث أو فشل (مثلًا بسبب فشل فحص جودة الصورة).

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تعمل آلية احتياطية مجدولة تفحص دوريًا أي صورة سيلفي مؤقتة لم تُحذف لأي سبب (مثل إغلاق التطبيق أو انقطاع الاتصال قبل اكتمال طلب البحث)، وتحذفها تلقائيًا بعد مرور فترة احتفاظ احتياطية قصوى قدرها 24 ساعة.

٦. الإعلانات والتتبع

لا تُستخدم بيانات وجهك من قِبل Active One لأغراض الإعلانات، أو التسويق، أو التتبع بين التطبيقات، أو إنشاء ملفات تعريف سلوكية (Behavioral Profiling).

٧. المشاركة مع جهات أخرى

الجهة الخارجية الوحيدة المستخدَمة لمعالجة الوجه هي Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition، كما هو مبيّن أعلاه. صور الفعالية وصور السيلفي المؤقتة تُخزَّن عبر مزوّد تخزين سحابي متوافق مع واجهة S3 (DigitalOcean Spaces) قبل/أثناء معالجتها.

٨. الاحتفاظ والحذف

• صورة السيلفي المؤقتة: تُحذف فور انتهاء عملية البحث (نجاحًا أو فشلًا)، مع آلية احتياطية مجدولة تحذف أي نسخة متبقية بعد 24 ساعة كحد أقصى.
• صور الفعالية: تُحذف تلقائيًا بعد فترة الاحتفاظ التي يحددها منظّم الفعالية أو عند انتهاء صلاحية الفعالية، أيهما أقرب.
• بيانات الوجه المفهرسة في AWS Rekognition: تُحذف عند حذف مجموعة الوجوه الخاصة بالفعالية، وهو ما يحدث تلقائيًا عند حذف الفعالية نفسيًا من النظام.
• حذف الحساب: عند حذف حسابك، يتم حذف أي بيانات وجه محفوظة مرتبطة بميزة "تذكّر وجهي" (إن فعّلتها) من AWS Rekognition.
• حذف الفعالية: يؤدي حذف فعالية إلى حذف مجموعة الوجوه الخاصة بها في AWS Rekognition.

٩. اختيارك

البحث بالوجه اختياري بالكامل. يمكنك رفض الموافقة على معالجة بيانات الوجه، وفي هذه الحالة لن تتم معالجة أي صورة بواسطة AWS Rekognition، دون أن يؤثر ذلك على استخدامك لبقية ميزات التطبيق غير المرتبطة بالبحث بالوجه.

This page explains in detail how Active One ("the app", "we") processes your photo and the facial information derived from it when you use the face-search feature. It supplements, and does not replace, our general Privacy Policy.

1. What data is processed

When you choose or capture a photo for face search, Active One processes that image and the facial information derived from it for exactly one purpose: comparing your face against eligible event photos. We do not collect any additional face data beyond what you provide directly for each search.

2. Purpose

Facial analysis is used exclusively to help you locate your own photos within the eligible event photos you've joined or searched. We do not use your face data for any other purpose.

3. Third-party processor: Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition

Your selected image and the facial information derived from it are processed using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition solely for facial comparison/search. AWS Rekognition is a third-party cloud service (Amazon Web Services), and its own processing is governed by Amazon's own policies. We cannot independently confirm Amazon's internal practices beyond what their official documentation states, so we make no representations here about AWS's independent service policies.

4. How event photos are processed

Each event's photos are indexed into a dedicated AWS Rekognition face collection for that event (via Rekognition's Index Faces operation), so they can be searched during a face search. Every event has its own, separate Rekognition collection — never shared with another event.

5. The temporary search selfie — its actual lifecycle

When you select a photo to search with: it is uploaded temporarily to private, non-public storage, immediately used to run the search via AWS Rekognition, and then deleted from our servers right after the search finishes — whether it succeeds or fails (for example, due to a failed image-quality check).

In addition, a scheduled safety-net process periodically checks for any temporary selfie that was not deleted for any reason (for example, the app being closed or losing connectivity before the search request completed), and automatically deletes it after a maximum safety-net retention window of 24 hours.

6. Advertising and tracking

Your face data is not used by Active One for advertising, marketing, cross-app tracking, or behavioral profiling.

7. Sharing with other parties

The only third party used for facial processing is Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition, as described above. Event photos and temporary selfies are stored with an S3-compatible cloud storage provider (DigitalOcean Spaces) before/during processing.

8. Retention and deletion

• Temporary selfie: deleted immediately once the search finishes (success or failure), with a scheduled safety-net process deleting any remaining copy after a maximum of 24 hours.
• Event photos: automatically deleted after the retention period set by the event organiser, or when the event expires — whichever comes first.
• Face data indexed in AWS Rekognition: deleted when the event's face collection is deleted, which happens automatically when the event itself is deleted from the system.
• Account deletion: deleting your account deletes any face data stored under the optional "remember my face" feature (if you enabled it) from AWS Rekognition.
• Event deletion: deleting an event deletes its AWS Rekognition face collection.

9. Your choice

Face search is entirely optional. You may decline consent for face data processing, in which case no image will be processed by AWS Rekognition, without this affecting your ability to use the rest of the app's features unrelated to face search.
