يشرح Active One ("التطبيق"، "نحن") في هذه الصفحة كيف نجمع صورتك ونستخدمها لمساعدتك في العثور على صورك من فعاليتك الرياضية، وكيف نحميها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على ما ورد في هذه السياسة.

١. البيانات التي نجمعها

• صورة "سيلفي" واحدة تلتقطها عند البحث عن صورك في فعالية معينة.
• رمز الفعالية (QR / كود الفعالية) الذي تدخله أو تمسحه.
• بيانات الحساب الأساسية (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف) عند التسجيل كمستخدم أو مصوّر.
• الرسائل النصية والصور والرسائل الصوتية التي ترسلها عبر محادثة الدعم مع الإدارة (راجع البند الخاص بالمحادثة أدناه).
• بيانات فنية محدودة عن الجهاز والتطبيق تساعدنا على تشغيل الخدمة وتحسينها.

٢. كيف نستخدم صورتك

قبل أي بحث، نتحقق من وجود وجه واحد وواضح فقط في صورتك. بعدها تُستخدم الصورة حصريًا لمطابقة وجهك مع صور الفعالية عبر خدمة AWS Rekognition، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض آخر، ولا تُشارك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. لتفاصيل كاملة حول معالجة بيانات الوجه، راجع صفحة خصوصية بيانات الوجه.

٣. تخزين الصور والوصول إليها

تُخدَّم جميع صور الفعالية عبر روابط موقّعة (Signed URLs) محدودة الصلاحية — ولا تُنشر أي صورة عبر رابط عام. لا يمكن لأي شخص خارج نتائج بحثك الوصول إلى صورك.

٤. حذف صورة السيلفي

صورة السيلفي المؤقتة التي تلتقطها للبحث تُحذف تلقائيًا من خوادمنا فور انتهاء عملية البحث (نجاحًا أو فشلًا). كما تعمل آلية احتياطية مجدولة تحذف تلقائيًا أي صورة سيلفي مؤقتة متبقية بعد مرور 24 ساعة كحد أقصى، في حال لم يكتمل طلب البحث لأي سبب (مثل إغلاق التطبيق أو انقطاع الاتصال).

٤أ. التعرّف على الوجه وبيانات الوجه

عند استخدامك ميزة البحث بالوجه، نعالج صورتك والمعلومات الوجهية المستخرجة منها باستخدام Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition بغرض واحد فقط: مطابقة وجهك مع صور الفعالية المؤهلة. استخدام هذه الميزة اختياري بالكامل ويتطلب موافقتك الصريحة قبل رفع أي صورة. لتفاصيل كاملة حول نوع البيانات المعالجة، والجهة الخارجية المستخدَمة، ومدة الاحتفاظ والحذف، راجع صفحة خصوصية بيانات الوجه المخصصة.

٤ب. محادثة الدعم مع الإدارة

يوفّر التطبيق محادثة دعم بين المستخدم والإدارة، وبين المصوّر والإدارة فقط — ولا توجد محادثة مباشرة بين المستخدم والمصوّر. تدعم المحادثة الرسائل النصية والصور والرسائل الصوتية. تُخزَّن الصور والرسائل الصوتية المرسلة عبر المحادثة في تخزين خاص وغير عام، ويمكن الوصول إليها فقط من قِبل طرفي المحادثة وفريق الإدارة.

٥. مدة الاحتفاظ بصور الفعالية

لكل فعالية مدة احتفاظ محددة يضبطها منظّم الفعالية. تُحذف صور الفعالية ونتائج الفهرسة المرتبطة بها تلقائيًا بعد انتهاء هذه المدة أو عند انتهاء صلاحية الفعالية، أيهما أقرب.

٦. الأمان

لا تظهر معرّفات الوجوه (Face IDs) الخاصة بك في أي سجلات نظام (Logs) تحت أي ظرف. جميع عمليات المطابقة تمر عبر طبقة خدمة موحّدة تفرض هذه القاعدة.

٧. حقوقك

• يمكنك حذف سجل بحثك ونتائجك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.
• يمكنك طلب حذف أي بيانات مرتبطة بك بالتواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.
• يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت دون أي التزام.

٨. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بيانات عن قصد من هذه الفئة العمرية.

٩. التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة، ونشجعك على مراجعتها بشكل دوري.

This page explains how Active One ("the app", "we") collects and uses your photo to help you find your pictures from a sports event, and how we protect it. By using the app you agree to what is described in this policy.

1. Information we collect

• A single selfie you take when searching for your photos at a specific event.
• The event code (QR / event code) you enter or scan.
• Basic account data (name, email, phone number) when you register as a user or photographer.
• Text messages, images, and voice messages you send through the support chat with Admin (see the dedicated section below).
• Limited technical device and app data that helps us operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your photo

Before any search, we verify your selfie contains exactly one clear face. Your photo is then used exclusively to match your face against the event's photos via AWS Rekognition, and for no other purpose. It is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 3. Photo storage and access

All event photos are served through time-limited signed URLs — no photo is ever published through a public link. No one outside your search results can access your matched photos.

4. Deleting your selfie

The temporary selfie you upload to search is automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the search completes (whether it succeeds or fails). A scheduled safety-net process also automatically deletes any remaining temporary selfie after a maximum of 24 hours, in case a search request never completed for any reason (such as the app closing or losing connectivity).

4a. Facial Recognition and Face Data

When you use the face-search feature, we process your photo and the facial information derived from it using Amazon Web Services (AWS) Rekognition, for one purpose only: matching your face against eligible event photos. This feature is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent before any image is uploaded. 4b. Support chat with Admin

The app provides a support chat between a user and Admin, and between a photographer and Admin only — there is no direct chat between a user and a photographer. The chat supports text messages, images, and voice messages. Images and voice messages sent through the chat are stored in private, non-public storage, and are accessible only to the two parties of that conversation and the Admin team.

5. Event photo retention

Each event has a retention period set by its organiser. Event photos and their associated face index data are automatically deleted once that period, or the event's expiry date, is reached — whichever comes first.

6. Security

Your Face IDs never appear in any system logs, under any circumstance. Every matching operation passes through a single service layer that enforces this rule.

7. Your rights

• You can delete your search history and results from within the app at any time.
• You can request deletion of any data related to you by contacting us at the email below.
• You can stop using the app at any time with no obligation.

8. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from this age group.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page will reflect the latest revision — please check back periodically.
